1. Information we may collect
Depending on how a customer uses Shoply, information may include a name, email address, telephone number, billing or shipping address, order information, shopping preferences, account information and communications with customer support.
Technical information may also include browser type, device information, IP address, pages viewed, interaction data and similar information generated when the website is used.
2. Payment information
When payment functionality is enabled, payment information may be processed by the payment service providers used by Shoply. The specific providers and their privacy practices should be disclosed wherever required when those services are enabled.
3. How information may be used
- Process and fulfill orders.
- Provide shipping and order updates.
- Respond to customer-support requests.
- Operate shopping-cart and account functionality.
- Detect fraud, abuse and security threats.
- Improve website performance and usability.
- Comply with legal obligations.
- Send marketing communications where permitted.
4. Service providers
Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the store, including payment, hosting, fraud prevention, communications, analytics, customer support, fulfillment and delivery providers when those services are used.

Customers exercising applicable privacy rights will not be unlawfully discriminated against. Shoply may need to verify a request before acting on it. Authorized-agent requests may require additional verification where permitted by law.
10. Children
Shoply is not intended for children under 13, and Shoply does not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children under 13.
11. Third-party services
Shoply may link to or interact with third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies and are not controlled by this Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Shoply's services, technology or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of the policy should be updated when material revisions are made.
13. Privacy requests
Customers may use the floating WhatsApp support button to begin a privacy request. Additional information may be requested where reasonably necessary to verify the requester and protect customer information.
